We want you to love your Orivaro order.
If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed
• Please keep your proof of purchase
• Contact us before returning your item so we can provide the correct returns address

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong one, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Size swaps or change of mind
If you need a different size or have changed your mind, you can return the item to us.
You’ll need to cover the return shipping, and we’ll arrange your exchange or refund once the item has been checked.


Refund timing
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days, plus any extra processing time from your bank or card provider.
