Refund / Returns Policy
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in its original condition
- returned with proof of purchase
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct returns address.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind or size exchanges
If you would like to return an item due to a change of mind or to request a size exchange, you will need to cover the return shipping cost to us. Once the return has been checked and approved, we will process your refund or send your replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or card provider.
EU customers
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under the consumer cooling-off period, provided the item is unused and returned in suitable condition.
